What is the returns policy? 

All Your Girls products can be returned for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. All products must be returned in a resalable condition to be accepted for a refund unless the Your Girls customer service team has been contacted regarding a faulty item. The return will cost £3.10 and be deducted from the refund. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.

What is the exchange policy? 

Your Girls offers exchanges for a change in size within 28 days of delivery; if the product is out of stock upon your exchange request, you will receive a full refund. The exchange will be sent once your return item has been sent.

Are there any exclusions to the returns policy? 

No, there are no exclusions to the returns policy. All products are accepted for a full refund if they are in a resaleable condition with original product tags.

When will my exchange be shipped?

The exchange will be sent when you return the item that you desire to exchange. When the return is processed at the drop-off, the exchange product will be shipped.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 5 working days of the return being received and processed. The refund will be returned to the original payment.

Do I need to print off the returns label at home? 

No, a QR code will be sent to you via email. This QR code will be used at the drop-off point.

What do I return the parcel in?

The parcel can be returned in the original packaging. If the packaging has been discarded, please return it in any other packaging available.

What are the delivery/shipping options? 

Delivery service: Evri - A 1-hour slot will be sent to you on the day of delivery.

Next-Day Delivery (order by 12 pm): £5.40  

Standard Delivery 2 to 3 working days: £4.60

What do I do if I am not available for my parcel delivery? 

Please select a safe place for the parcel to be delivered with Evri. If you miss your delivery, Evri will try on another two occasions before the parcel is sent to a parcel collection point.

When do I have to order before to qualify for Next-day Delivery? 

To receive next-day delivery, please order before 12 pm on Monday to Sunday. If ordered after 12 pm, you may still receive next-day delivery, but this cannot be guaranteed. This parcel will then be delivered on the next working day.
